This orientation aims to provide valuable information on the benefits, programs, and services available to senior citizens, particularly those residing in Calamba City.

• LGU Benefits for Senior Citizens
  • Medical and Laboratory Assistance
  • Birthday Cash Gift
  • Social Pension
• Assistance on Peace and Order within the Community

Representatives from the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) will conduct the orientation and provide the official application forms during the event.

Requirements

For New Applicants

• HOA Certification of Residency
• Barangay Certification
• One (1) 1×1 ID Picture
• One (1) 2×2 ID Picture

For Transfer Applicants

• Certificate of Cancellation of Previous Senior Citizen ID (issued by the LGU of initial registration)
• HOA Certification of Residency
• Barangay Certification
• One (1) 1×1 ID Picture
• One (1) 2×2 ID Picture

Interested participants are encouraged to bring the complete requirements to facilitate the processing of their application.
