Rainy Season Advisory: Keep Gutters and Drains Clear

With the official onset of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), we would like to kindly remind all residents to take time to inspect and clean the gutters, roof drains, canals, and drainage systems within their properties.

As we expect more frequent rainfall in the coming weeks, keeping these areas free from leaves, soil, and other debris can help prevent clogged drains, water buildup, and possible flooding. A little preventive maintenance can go a long way in protecting your home and helping keep our community safe and clean during the rainy season.

We encourage everyone to regularly check their drainage facilities and ensure that rainwater can flow properly, especially before and after heavy rains.
