Please be advised that the Annual General Membership Meeting (AGMM) of Treveia Homeowners' Association, Inc. will be held on June 6, 2026 (Saturday), from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., through a hybrid format (in-person and virtual attendance).

Important Reminders
Members in Good Standing (MIGS)
Only Members in Good Standing (MIGS) are entitled to participate in the AGMM and vote on matters requiring membership approval, including proposed amendments to the Association's By-Laws and other items presented for membership action.
Participation Options
Eligible members may participate through any of the following modes:
- In Person
- Online / Virtual Attendance
- By Proxy (for members unable to attend personally)
Members who are unable to attend the meeting may appoint a representative by submitting a duly accomplished Proxy Form to the Administration Office prior to the meeting, in accordance with the Association's By-Laws.
Quorum Requirement
Please be informed that the determination of quorum shall be based on the members present, whether attending in person, virtually, or represented by proxy, in accordance with the Association's By-Laws.
