GUIDELINES FOR USE OF SOCCER FIELD

  1. Operating Hours: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, including holidays.

  2. Usage Fee :

    a. Daytime – Free
    b. Night Time - PHP 1,000 / hour (start at 6:00 PM)

  3. Soccer Field is used on a first-come, first-served basis.

  4. The Association reserves the right to regulate the number of residents and/or lot owners and their guests using the Soccer Field.

  5. The use of the Soccer Field is exclusive for Treveia residents and/or lot owners, tenants, and their immediate dependents.
    However, for sponsored guests or special use arrangements, the following rules shall be followed:

    1. The maximum number of amenity users shall be twenty-five (25) persons at any given time, plus one (1) companion per player.
    2. Reservations shall be limited to a maximum of two (2) days per week.
    3. Host members shall submit the guest list for security reference at least three (3) days before the scheduled time.
    4. All guest players shall use the main gate only.
    5. Entry of guest players and their companions shall be allowed 15 minutes before the scheduled time and up to 15 minutes after the event.
    6. The maximum operating hour is until 8:00 PM only; no overtime shall be allowed.
    7. The village security guard shall assist visitors in the designated parking area.
    8. Guests are only allowed in the Soccer Field area and in the amphitheater seats.

  6. Special requests to use the Soccer Field shall be approved by the Village Administrator and the Board of Trustees.

  7. A resident and/or lot owner must always accompany guests at all times.

  8. Children should always be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  9. Users of the Soccer Field and their companions are expected to observe proper behavior at all times and not indulge in any overly noisy or boisterous activities.
    Village speed limit shall be followed.
