OFFICE CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF ACTIVITIES – AUGUST HOLIDAYS

Dear Valued Members,

Please be informed that August 21, 2026 (Ninoy Aquino Day) and August 31, 2026 (National Heroes Day) are declared holidays pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025, which declares the regular holidays and special non-working days for the year 2026.

·       August 21, 2026 (Friday) – Ninoy Aquino Day (Special Non-Working Holiday)

·       August 31, 2026 (Monday) – National Heroes Day (Regular Holiday)

Kindly be advised that the Administration Office will be closed on the above-mentioned dates. However, our maintenance and security personnel will remain on full deployment to ensure the safety and order within the community.

The following activities are temporarily suspended and will resume on the next working day:

1.     Construction/Renovation/Repair and other similar works

2.     Deliveries and pull-out of construction materials

3.     Other noise-producing activities
