Please be informed that NUVALI Estate Management has issued NUV-CIR-LOC-2026-23, supplemental to Estate Memorandum No. 2026-22, regarding the Enhanced Traffic Rules Enforcement within the Estate.

All motorists, residents, employees, visitors, and other road users are reminded to strictly observe the applicable traffic rules and regulations within NUVALI.

Please refer to the attached NUVALI Advisory and Annex A for the list of traffic violations and corresponding penalties.
