Dear Residents,

Please be advised that an earthquake was felt in the community at approximately 10:38 AM today, 07 August 2026.

According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), the earthquake had the following details:

Magnitude: 5.8
Depth: 10 km
Location: 21 km S 70° W of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro

The shaking in our community lasted for a couple of seconds.

As of this time, the Admin Office, Security, and Maintenance Team are conducting inspections of the common areas and facilities to check for any damage or safety concerns. We will provide updates should any issues be identified.

Residents are also encouraged to inspect their homes for any signs of damage and report any emergency or safety concerns to the Admin Office or Security immediately.

Please remain calm and stay alert for possible aftershocks. In the event of another earthquake, remember to Drop, Cover, and Hold On.
