Please be informed that on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 2:00 P.M. onwards, a general pest control treatment-fogging, spraying and misting will be conducted in the following areas:

2:00P.M to 4:00P.M.:

1.     All Guard Houses

2.     All Parks, including:

·       Soccer Field & Multi-Courts

·       Children's Playgrounds

4:00P.M ONWARDS:

The Clubhouse area, including:

·       Gym

·       Function Rooms

·       Juice Bar

·       Lobby

·       Village Shop

·       Restrooms

·       All Clubhouse offices

In line with this, the operating schedules of the amenities will be adjusted every first Tuesday of the month to accommodate monthly pest control services. The revised schedule is as follows:

We strongly advise that young children, and individuals with respiratory conditions or allergies, avoid these common areas during the treatment and for at least two (2) hours afterward for health and safety reasons.
