Warm greetings from Treveia Homeowners' Association, Inc.

Please be advised that Alveo Land Corporation will be conducting a video production activity within the community as part of its marketing and communication initiatives. The project aims to highlight the Nuvali lifestyle and showcase the experience of living in an Alveo Nuvali community.

The filming activity is scheduled to take place on June 25, 2026, from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. During this period, residents may notice the presence of production personnel and equipment in selected common areas within the community. Appropriate measures will be implemented to minimize disruption and ensure the privacy, safety, and convenience of all residents.

To ensure that filming activities are conducted responsibly and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and the Association's privacy guidelines, the production team has committed to implementing the following measures:

• The specific village will not be identified by name in the film and will only be referred to as an Alveo Nuvali community;

• Filming in amenity areas will be temporarily paused whenever residents are using the facilities;

• No other homes within the village will be intentionally captured or featured in the video; and

• All filming activities will be coordinated with the Property Management Office to minimize inconvenience to residents and maintain normal community operations.

Residents may notice the presence of production personnel and equipment in selected common areas during the scheduled filming period. Appropriate measures will be undertaken to protect the privacy of residents and ensure that community activities remain safe, orderly, and uninterrupted.

We kindly request the understanding and cooperation of all residents during the conduct of this activity as we continue to foster a safe, respectful, and harmonious community environment.
