Dear Valued Members,

 Warm greetings from Treveia Homeowners' Association, Inc.

 In light of the ongoing classes at Xavier School Nuvali and the resulting increase in vehicular traffic along Conservation Avenue during morning drop-off hours, please be advised of the temporary traffic management scheme being implemented near the Treveia North Gate to help maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient flow of traffic.

 Implementation Schedule

School Days | 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM

 During the above period, vehicles coming from the Xavier School side will not be permitted to make a left turn into the Treveia North Gate.

 Residents intending to access Treveia through the North Gate are advised to follow the alternate route below:

·       Proceed straight along Conservation Avenue;

·       Continue towards the vicinity of Amaia Steps Parkway Nuvali;

·       Utilize the designated U-turn slot; and

·       Return to the Treveia North Gate via Water Lane.

 This traffic management measure aims to ease congestion, improve traffic flow, and enhance the safety of motorists, pedestrians, and students in the area.

 We encourage everyone to plan their trips accordingly, allot sufficient travel time, and exercise extra caution when passing through the vicinity. We also request the cooperation of all residents in observing traffic signs and following the directions of traffic personnel at all times.
