We would like to inform the community that June 12, 2026 (Friday) has been declared a Regular Holiday in observance of Philippine Independence Day.

Kindly be advised that the Administration Office will be closed on the said date. However, our maintenance and security personnel will remain on full deployment to ensure the safety and order within the community.

The following activities are temporarily suspended and will resume on the next working day:

1.      Construction/Renovation/Repair and other similar works

2.      Deliveries and pull-out of construction materials

3.      Other noise-producing activities
