Warm greetings from Treveia Homeowners’ Association, Inc.

We are pleased to inform our homeowners that the City Treasury Office of Calamba will be conducting an On-Site Real Property Tax (RPT) Payment Activity at the Village for the convenience of our homeowners.

Date: October 13, 2026 (Tuesday)

Time: 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Venue: Treveia Clubhouse

 Homeowners who wish to settle their Real Property Tax are encouraged to take advantage of this on-site payment arrangement and avoid the need to personally visit City Hall.

 For those who are unable to attend the scheduled on-site payment activity, the City Treasury Office has advised that Real Property Tax may still be settled through the following options:

·        Payment at City Hall – Homeowners or their authorized representative may personally visit City Hall to settle their Real Property Tax.

·        Online Payment – Homeowners may also settle their Real Property Tax through the available online payment facility. Online payments will be accepted until December 17, 2026, to allow sufficient time for processing and posting before the end of the year.

The City Treasury Office has likewise advised that homeowners may continue to avail themselves of the 20% discount on advance payment for Taxable Year 2027 until December 2026, subject to the applicable requirements and regulations.
