COMMENCEMENT OF WEEKLY ORGANIC WASTE HAULING ACTIVITIES
Dear Valued Members,
Greetings.
Please be informed that the Association has authorized a hauling contractor to conduct the regular hauling and disposal of organic waste generated within the Treveia premises.
To ensure proper waste management and maintain the cleanliness of our community, the hauling activity shall commence on June 16, 2026 (Tuesday). Succeeding hauling activities shall be conducted every Tuesday thereafter, subject to operational requirements, security protocols, and weather conditions.
For the safety and security of all residents, kindly take note of the following guidelines:
• The designated hauling contractor shall be permitted entry solely for the purpose of hauling organic waste within authorized areas of the community.
• All hauling personnel and vehicles shall be subject to the Association's standard security inspection and verification procedures upon entry and exit.
• The hauling contractor shall be accompanied and guided by the Security Team throughout the entire hauling process to ensure compliance with community rules, safety measures, and security protocols.
• Residents are requested to extend their cooperation by keeping designated collection and hauling areas accessible and free from obstructions during the scheduled activity.
• The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the work area and ensuring that no waste materials or debris are left behind upon completion of the hauling operation.
